Roger Mortlock, national Chief Executive of CPRE, the countryside charity, and the environmental campaigner Sarah Finch, who recently won a landmark case against Surrey County Council at the Supreme Court, are the guest speakers at this year’s annual meeting of CPRE Surrey, which will take place at Denbies Wine Estate, Dorking, on the morning of Friday 4 October.
